Signs of Pregnancy
How do you know if you are pregnant? How early do the symptoms occur? I did some research and this is what I found. Usually symptoms won't occur until about the time you've missed a period. So, I guess one of the big signs that you are pregnant is a missed period. A couple others I came across are: tender, swollen breasts, fatigue, small amount of bleeding, nausea, increased sensitivity to odors, bloating, frequent urination, body temperature is elevated, and of course a positive home pregnancy test.

This might sound really weird to others but I swear it’s true. I dreamt I was pregnant on the night of conception for both of my children. A few days later, I had tender breasts, fatigue and nausea which lasted until 17 or so weeks :( I took an early pregnancy test a week later and the pregnancies were confirmed :)
